Students with disabilities are faced with several challenges on their long journey to adulthood because readily available resources in high school become nonexistent after graduation. It's so important for parents to know what to look for and who to speak with when planning their child's future. Luckily, all these answers can be found at The Forsyth County Transition Fair held this February!
