Easter Bonnet for Barbie

I found this craft at Crafts by Amanda... she has some great ideas!

These are made from styrofoam cups... how awesome is that! They are like the Shrinky Dinks I made as a kids.

You will need

Styrofoam cups
acrylic paint in pastel colors
small silk flowers
small beads
pastel or sheer ribbons
hot glue gun
magnets (optional)

What you do

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Note: The temperature and instructions in this craft are based off of a dark coated cookie sheet at 250 degrees F in an electric oven. You may want to experiment with different temps until you receive satisfactory results.... full instructions here

Mirror Messages

I don't know about you, but I have used lipstick so many times to leave my kids or my hubby loving messages on the mirror. I was so excited when I found these! Now  it will not take me long at all to clean the mirrors.
There is nothing like leaving a nice I love you or Happy Birthday for your loved ones.
I have been thinking of doing a number, color or letter of the day for my 3 year old and starting the hunt every morning when we brush our teeth. Since you can write on windows too I think I will make designs all over the house that she can find. All keeping in the theme of the color, number or letter of the day.
