I came across this website today and thought it sounded like a great idea. Have you ever heard of ThredUP.com? Basically you make your choice of what you would like from their listings ($5 plus shipping), then you post a box of clothing that your child no longer wears (they will send you all the shipping supplies at no charge), then when another member picks your box you send it free of charge.
